Outdoor Fitness in Newcastle.


My journey starts here. I will lose weight, I have been watching the biggest loser on TV and it has inspired me to lose weight. The first thing I will do is go to fitness Newcastle. I will find a fitness activity that is suited for me and then I will get to work. I am also going to get a nutritionist as I believe food is my major problem and if I can change those habits I can turn my life around. It is not un common for me to sit down and eat a whole pizza, 1.25 coke and garlic bread.


Then 1 hour later eat a couple of packets of 250 grams smiths chips. I'd probably finish the night eating a packet of Tim Tams. I love food and obviously it loves me, it sticks to me like crazy, of course it would when you eat as much as me though. Hopefully my nutritionist can help to find me healthy meals that won't feel like rabbit food. There are plenty of fitness ideas that I think I would enjoy. The main one is Zumba, I love dancing, I see this on TV all the time and it looks so fun. I'm massive so  I won't look good dancing but it will be lots of fun and hopefully I find a class that will support me with my weight loss goals. My family think I am silly. My whole family is overweight and they all eat unhealthy.


They blame it all on genetics and things like that but I know I can break the cycle. I'm sick of being teased by others over my weight. I want to be hot. I want to walk down the street and people look at me and think that I'm good looking. I will achieve this. I might start my journey and get a personal trainer. We can do some Outdoor fitness in Newcastle and get a nice tan also. I am really white. I find that tanned people instantly look more attractive than pale people. My friends tell me that the best personal trainers in Newcastle can be found on Newcastle fitness so that is where I will look. I need to find one who specialises in extreme weight loss. I weight over 130kg and I'm only 155cm. So yeah I am not very attractive.


One thing I'm scared of is all the loose skin I will have when I get skinny. I will need a operation to get rid of it all but I'm sure it will look better than being fat and also being skinny will reduce the chances of a premature death from being unhealthy. I think I have made the first step in becoming a better person and I hope to inspire others in my journey. I want the world to be a better place and hope I can inspire someone else to get fit also. I will try update my blog as much as I can and maybe add some photos if I'm confident enough. Hope you all have a great year.
